How do I place an order?

You can follow the prompts through the website and place any products in the shopping basket and the order will be sent through to us automatically

Placing your order is easy, by phone, fax or email. To ensure you receive you order as required, please read our order guidelines below:

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?

Generally you order will be ready to be collected after noon (midday) the following day of placing the order.  For those registered on our Website, we will email the account when the order is complete.

How much can I order?

Meat can be ordered by any weight or amount. i.e. if you want 5 sausages, and 4 chops the order can be placed this way or you can order by a  500gram or kg weight (excludes pre Packed items e.g Hellers Shaved Ham 1-2kg pre-packed).

Order Collection Policy

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 10.30am will be ready for collection the following day after 12pm.
Orders placed after 10.30am will be ready the day following

e.g. Order placed Monday after 10.30am will be ready for collection Wednesday 12pm – We are able to offer collection on Saturdays provided the order is received before 10.30am on Friday.

Pick up times

Our office is open from 8a.m unitl 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  We can be open Saturday morning by arrangement only.  Our office is closed Sundays and Public holidays.

How do I pay?

Payment is made by cash, cheque or by direct credit.  Please note we do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with any product we will refund fully as long as we are advised within a 24 hour period of product pick up.
